Agnes Theresa Thibodeaux Joseph passed from this life to the next on Sunday, March 2, 2014; going home to her Lord and Savior. She was a longtime resident of Lake Charles. She was the younger to two daughters born to Myrtle and Nolton Thibodeaux on July 30, 1948.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister who cherished her time with family and friends. She never met a stranger. She was a graduate of Washington High School. Agnes was employed by Basell U.S.A. Inc. where she retired after 35 years.

She leaves to cherish her memories her son Damian Cortez Joseph, her daughter Regina Alethea Joseph, her grandson Reginald Alexander Joseph and her sister Mary Louise (Robert) Doucette all of Lake Charles, LA; her nephews Kevin (Adelia) Doucette of New Orleans, LA, Marvin Doucette of Lake Charles, LA; her aunt Lonnie Richard of Atlanta, GA and a host of close relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Monday, March 10, 2014 from 9:00am - 11:45am at Combre Funeral Home. A funeral mass will follow at 12 noon at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Rev. Clyde Thomas will officiate. Interment will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery under the direction of Combre Funeral Home.
