Albert "Al" Foote Jr., was born in Lafayette, LA to the late Lucille and Albert Foote, Sr on November 19,1951. He attended Washington High School and graduated in 1969 and went on to attend McNeese State University. He began his career working in the refineries as an Operator until he retired in 2014 from Axiall Corporation.

Albert married the love of his life, Lou Ann Foote on December 22, 1982 and from this union they had 3 daughters, Traci, Brandi, and Devan. Albert enjoyed bowling, cooking, gardening, spending time with his family, and watching the San Francisco 49ers.

Albert passed away August 8, 2023 at the age of 71. He is survived by his wife, Lou Ann Foote; daughters, Traci (Kevin) Williams, Brandi Foote, and Devan Foote; grandchildren, Benjamin and Brennan Mackey, Donte Foote, Leah Foote, Jayla Foote, Maverick Foote; sisters, Barbara "Boo" Tollette and husband, Shelby, Patricia Ann Foote, Janie Foote, Pauletta "Sue" Eslami; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lucille and Albert Foote Sr.; son, Christopher Lee Bilbo; brother in law, Anthony Eslami.
