Twelve great grandchildren and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Lewis lived in Lake Charles most of her life, she was an active member of Mount Calvary Baptist Church where she was recently awarded for her 50 years of membership. She retired from Casa Mañana after working there for over 27 years.
