Beulah Mae Charles Joubert, 88, of Lake Charles, Louisiana, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017, at her home. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church where she faithfully served the Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary for 46 years and was a member of the Christian Mothers. She also actively participated in the

Rosary Group. Beulah retired from Calcasieu Parish Schools after over 30 years of diligent service. She leaves to mourn her seven children: Daisy J. Pitre (late Anthony Pitre, Sr.), Aaron (Valenti) Joubert, Jr., Leatrice (Byron) Joubert, Janice (Thomas) Joubert Long, all of Lake Charles, LA; Agnes (Byron) Boyd of Westwego, LA; Eric (Naomi) Joubert, Sr. of Pomona, CA; and Dr. Julie (Hilton) Guillory of Houston, Texas; one sister, Ann LeBlanc of Vallejo, CA; two sisters-in-law: Francis Charles and Jennifer Silva; two brothers-in-law, James Mitchell and Horace Hollier; one Godchild, Adam Charles; 25 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Aaron "Pop" Joubert, Sr.; parents Ola and Vincent, Charles, Sr.; son-in-law Anthony Pitre, Sr.; brothers Vincent, George and Anthony; and sisters Agnes Charles, Georgiana Perry, Mildred Mitchell, Audrey Hollier, Ora Williams and Annie Mae Miller.
The Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary ritual will start at
9:00 a.m.
followed by the Holy Rosary.
