Brock Charles Clement was born January 19, 1981, to Josephine Weldon and the late Charlie Clement, Jr. Brock's birth was a blessing to his parents. At the age of 41, at Ochsner Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA on Saturday, September 24, 2022, he was freed from his earthly tabernacle and the shepherds guided him home.

Brock attended school in St. John and St. Charles Parishes. At the age of 18, Brock joined the U.S. Navy. While in the Navy, he was trained and worked in the field of Information Technology. He received many acknowledgments for his work in this field. After his discharge from the Navy, Brock received his security clearance and worked for the State Department in Washington, D.C.

Brock married Mercy Racine and they were blessed with one son, Brock Hasani Clement. He later married Adelina Abad and they became the proud parents of Mason and Alivia Clement. Brock loved to cook and could whip up a meal for him and his mom that would have you "licking your fingers". At a very early age, like his dad and Big Mama, he developed a love for fishing. Oftentimes he took his children fishing not only in his boat but also in the backyard of his mother's home in Laplace, LA. He also had a love for cars.

Brock leaves to mourn his passing, his mother, Josephine "Josie" Weldon Clement; children, Brock Hasani Clement of Atlanta, GA, Mason and Alivia Clement of Cibolo, TX; stepdaughter, Sasha Reese; former wives, Mercy Racine Clement and Adelina Abad Clement; brothers, Clarence Clement, Sr. (Erica) and Lamar Foster; uncle, Gregory Gauthier (Ella); aunts, Marie Rudd and Barbara Clement-Wilson (Percy).

He is preceded in death by his dad, Charlie Clement, Jr.; brother, Dion Clement; his fraternal grandparents, Leanna and Charlie Clement, Sr.; maternal grandmother, Naomi Gauthier Weldon; and uncles, Roy Roland Clark, Sr., and Roy L. Weldon, Jr.
