Craig Alexander Fontenot was born on September 2, 1977, in Lake Charles, LA to Barbara Fontenot. He departed this life on September 1 ^st , 2022. He is predeceased in death by his wife Raundea Elaine Guillory Fontenot, Grandfather Joseph Fontenot, and brother Ricky James Bushnell.

Craig was baptized on October 23rd, 1977, at the St. Jan of ARC Church. He attended and completed Westlake High School. A dedicated member of St. Henry Catholic Church. He was a dedicated worker for the City of Lake Charles for 16 years.

Craig enjoyed cooking, zydeco music, and attending zydeco festivals. Craig's specialty was BBQ and sauce piquant.

Craig was a dedicated single father to his pride and joy Theo Fontenot. He also loved his stepdaughter, Maddyson Ceasar. He leaves to cherish the love of his life Tracasa Green, his mother Barbra Fontenot of Lake Charles La, Grandmother Verlis Fontenot of Oberlin La, his brother Larry (Yolanda) Bushnell, nephew Larry J Bushnell III, and niece Jazmine Bushnell of Lake Charles, La, uncles: Clifton (Joyce) Fontenot of Fenton, LA, and Gary (Elaine) Fontenot of Oberlin, LA  his aunts Sarah Fontenot of Hayes, LA and Linda (Willie) Simien of Rayne, La. As well as a host of cousins and close friends. Craig looked forward to spending time with his best friend Howie DeJean.
