Curley Max Frank Jr., 69, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017, surrounded by loved ones.

Curley was born in Mamou, Louisiana to Curley G. & Viola (Matthews) Frank. He was employed at Citgo Petroleum Corporation, where he served dutifully for 43 years before retiring in 2008.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Frank; two children, Adrien (Teleshia) Frank of Houston, TX and Olivia (Ronald) Frank of Lake Charles, La; four grandchildren, JaKeaston Frank and Amariah Frank of Houston,Tx. Camryn Ballou and Callie Ballou of Lake Charles, La., and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, son, Curley Max Frank, III, and granddaughter, Madelyn Faith Ballou.
