Daisy Joubert Pitre, 69, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. She graduated from Washington High School in 1966. She was formerly employed with Federal Bureau of Investigations in Washington, DC, the Louisiana State Lottery and Harrah's Casino. She was an avid bowler for many years with the U.S. Bowling Congress.

Mourning her passing is her son, Anthony Pitre, Jr. (Sharon); daughter, Natalie Semien (Wayne); three siblings of Lake Charles: Aaron L. Joubert, Jr. (Valenti); Leatrice Joubert and Janice Joubert (Thomas); sister, Agnes Boyd (Byron) of Westwego, LA; brother, Eric Joubert, Sr. (Naomi) of Pomona, CA; and sister, Julie Guillory (Hilton) of Houston, TX; grandchildren: Toni Alana, Hailey, Jamorik & Kyrie; two Godchildren: her sister, Julie, and nephew, Jarryd; three sisters-in-law: Deborah Warren (Reginald), Yvette McIntosh (George) and Valenti Joubert; and her precious aunts; Helen, Jennie Pearl, Ina, Elga, Anna Wise, Anna Bell and Frances. She is preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Anthony Pitre, Sr.; parents, Aaron and Beulah Joubert and, three grandchildren: Brycen, Madyson and Anthony Pitre, III; brother-in-law, Cary Wright; father-in-law, Thomas Griffith, Sr; and mother-in-law, Rhoda Ward.
