Deadra departed this life on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 11:30 AM at Lafayette General Hospital, Lafayette, Louisiana. Deadra Ann Valerie-Logan was born on October 28,1964 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Willie and the late Vivian Valerie. She lived in Lake Charles, Louisiana for 50 years. Deadra was united in holy matrimony to Kenneth "Tony" Logan, Sr. on June 21, 1997 and from this union one child was born.

Deadra was a housekeeper for Lake Charles Memorial Hospital for 15 years an active member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.

Deadra leaves to cherish in her memory her husband of 17 years Kenneth "Tony" Logan,Sr.; one son Kenneth Logan,Jr and one daughter Ahlesha Valerie of Lake Charles, Louisiana. Her loving sisters Peggy Rimbert, Suwanee, Georgia; and Gladys Valerie, Lawrenceville, Georgia. Her brothers Patrick and Christopher (Dee) Valerie; Houston, Texas; Gerald (Gale) Valerie; Lake Charles, Louisiana. Three Grandchildren; Taylor & Devyn Leger, and Allyiah Valerie, and her loving aunt Patricia Henney, of Lake Charles, Louisiana, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Deadra was such an easy going person who worked hard and focus on taking care of her family. She always greeted you with a smile and she was always doing OK (no matter now she felt). She loved playing with her grandchildren.

SERVICE INFORMATION

Service date: May 16, 2015

Visitation will begin Saturday, May 16, 2015 in Combre Funeral Home from 8 A.M. to 10:40 A.M. Funeral mass will be at 11:00 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 2031 Opelousas Street, Lake Charles, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
