Doris Marie Senegal was born on July 29, 1935 in Lafayette, Louisiana. She is one of eleven children born to the union of the late Lucien and Aline (Perkins) Senegal.

Doris was baptized at an early age and was a devout catholic. She was married to Eugene Antoine, Jr. and later in life   remarried to Liness Guillory, who preceded her in 2005. She was a loving wife and mother, who worked hard on behalf of her family. She would give anything to see that her children were happy; and her children loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by both her parents; her siblings, Margaret      Mouton, Avery Senegal, Lucille Comeaux, Louis Senegal, Emily Antoine, Norris Senegal, Doris Jean St. Julien, and Mary Louise Robertson; and son, Christopher Antoine.

She is survived by her loving children, Ella Dean Antoine, Anthony Antoine, (Sheree), Glen Antoine (Shantel), Victor Antoine (Melissa), Kenneth Antoine (Virginia); brother, Mabry Senegal; sister, Virginia Arceneaux; grandchildren, Toby Antoine, Erica Brown, Brooke Antoine, Maya Antoine, Diamond  Antoine, Quintessa Antoine, Victor Antoine, Jr., Alicia Maria Antoine; and 12 great grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.
