Dorothy "Dot" Mayne LaFleur 83, peacefully gained her heavenly wings on Sunday January 17th, 2016. She was born in Cameron, LA to the late Junius and Josephine Mayne on October 17th, 1932. "Dot" as she was avidly known, was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church. She was a self employed business woman for over twenty years.

She leaves to cherish her memories one daughter, Doris Marie Mayne of Lake Charles, LA; two grandsons, Jared Creighton Broome of Lake Charles, LA and Jerrell Courtland Mayne of Washington D.C.; one "adopted" granddaughter, Alicia Patrese Reed of Lake Charles, LA; six great grandchildren, Laila Richard, Jaden Broome, Jardon Thompson, Braylen Strunck, Christian Welch and Payton Gonzales; one sister, Hazel Bishop of Lake Charles, LA; one brother, Joe Mayne of Shreveport, LA; one god-son, James Bishop of Lake Charles, LA; two very special and close friends, Mary (Rayfield) Bargeman of Cameron, LA and Greta January of Lake Charles, LA.

SERVICE INFORMATION

Service date: January 21, 2016

Funeral services will be held Thursday January 21, 2016 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church at 2pm. Visitation is from 11:30 a.m. to 1:45p.m. at Combre Funeral Home. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetary.
