IOWA-Eunice Vital Bellard, (68) was born on July 27, 1943 to June 27, 2012.  She passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2012 in a Houston, Texas Hospital.

Mrs. Bellard was a retiree after 27 years employed by Calcasieu Parish School Board.  She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph T. Bellard, Father Lee Vital, Sr., Mother Carrie Vital, Sister Rose Marie Ozane, and two brothers Lee Vital Jr., and Roger Glen Vital.

Survivors included are two sons, Randy (Janette) Vital of Houston, Texas and Larry J. Bellard of Iowa, Louisiana, and one daughter Lisa Vereen of Dallas, Texas.  Six grandchildren Jaylyn Lemelle, Jordan Vital, Timia Mayberry, Randy J. Vital, Chelsea Vital, and Erin Vereen.  Six sisters Carrie Guillory of Lake Charles, Louisiana.  Catherine (Wilton) Bellard, Carolyn (Lupe Sr.) Ramirez, Eva Vital, and Mary Theresa Simon all of Iowa, Louisiana.  Celeste Faye (Bobby Sr.) Gradney of Fenton, Louisiana.  Five brothers Alvin Vital and Mervin (Joe) Vital of Iowa, Louisiana.  Donald Vital, Willie (Emogene) Vital of Lake Charles, Louisiana and Gerald Wayne (Isabella) Vital of Houston, Texas and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services under the direction of Combre Funeral Home of Lake Charles, Louisiana on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 from 8am-10am.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Raphael Catholic Church in Iowa, Louisiana at 11:15 AM on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 officiated by Rev. Father Celsius Offor.  She will be laid to rest at Lorraine/Deron Cemetery in Lacassine, Louisana.
