Gloria Dell Kennison was born November 18, 1951 in Lafayette, La to the late Ida Babineaux Kennison and Eddie Kennison Sr. of Lake Charles, La. She resided in Lake Charles, La. her entire life.

She received a degree from Sowela in accounting.

Gloria worked as a My Choice Representative at L'Auberge du Lac Casino Resort for 10 years until retirement. She also worked as an Office Administrator at the Wellness Management Medical and Chiropractic Center until her death.

Gloria leaves to cherish her memories a son Darrel (Ethopia) Kennison of Lake Charles, La. daughter Tonia Ceaser of San Antonio Tx., three brothers Eddie (Wanda) Kennison Jr., Raynard (Sherrell) Kennison of Lake Charles, La., Stanford (Cherie) Kennison of Palmdale, California, three sisters  Dora Kennison of Lake Charles, La. Jeanette Robinson of Dallas Tx., and Bernadette Kennison of Arlington, Tx.. She also leaves nine grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her sister Margaret Kennison Jack.
