Coach Henry T. Williams 78, of Lake Charles, Louisiana, passed away Saturday
October 13, 2018 in a local rehab facility.

Coach was born January 15, 1940 in Port Arthur, Texas. He lived in Lake
Charles most of his life. He served the Lord at his church, Sacred Heart Catholic
Church. He was employed by the Calcasieu Parish School System for 30 years as
a Teacher/Coach. He taught at Carver Elementary, J. J. Johnson Elementary, Pearl
Watson Elementary, Rosteet Middle, Ray D. Molo Middle, and F. K. White Middle.
He was a graduate of W. O. Boston High School, where he excelled in football and
basketball. He furthered his education at Grambling State University where he
received his Bachelor of Science degree in Health/P.E., English, and Social Studies.
He also received his Advanced Educational Degrees from McNeese State
University including his Master's Degree, Plus 30, and Educational Specialist. He
was a lifetime member of Kappa Alpha PSI Fraternity. Coach enjoyed fishing,
eating, playing dominoes, and talking sports.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Mrs. Edolia Bell Williams and Mr. Henry T. Williams. He leaves to cherish one son Christopher Bellard, and a host of friends.
