Herbert Lynn Hall 89 was born August 31, 1928 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to the late Leo Hall, and Yula Herbert Hall.

He died on Saturday June 2, 2018 in his residence.

A native of Lake Charles, he was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He graduated from Alcorn University in Natchez, Mississippi in photography.

He served with the 37 ^th Infantry during combat in the Korean War. Upon returning home, he established a photography business in his community on Enterprise Boulevard. After a time he was employed by several chemical plant in the Lake Charles area. He retired from Hercules Chemical Plant.

Survivors include his two daughters Gerlyn Simon (Kevin), and Ardelia Hall both of Lake Charles, Louisiana, one brother Leo Hall Jr. of Chicago, Illinois. One grandson Austin Simon, and a host of nieces and nephews in the Ohio and Chicago Ill area.
