Obituary

Hilda Leger Andrepont was born in Opelousas, LA on May 17, 1937 to her parents Margaret Guilbeaux Leger and Theodore Leger. Her family moved to Lake Charles where she graduated from Washington High School. She was      married to Clarence Matthias Andrepont, Jr. for 24 years and had four kids during their union Betty, Patrick, Juliette, and Aundrea. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. She also worked for Calcasieu Parish School Board for 20 years until she retired. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Hilda departed this world on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loved ones.

She leaves to cherish her memories are her three children: Betty Jane Perrodin-Lewis, Patrick Andrepont Sr., (Andrea Brown), and Aundrea Andrepont all of Lake Charles nine (9) grandchildren: Nicholas (Sabrina) Perrodin, Patrick (Maggie) Andrepont, Jr., Shante (Mike) Rideau, Andrus Villery, Brittany Villery, Alexis Andrepont, Gearld Lewis, Kennedy (Brea Davis) Andrepont and Kei'Layna Hope Andrepont Biggs. Her sixteen (16) great-grandchildren; one (1) sister:' Audrey Leger Cormier; one (1) brother Retell Leger and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Clarence Andrepont, Jr.; her lovely daughter: Juliette Andrepont Villery; two (2) brothers: Auriel and George Leger; one (1) sister Dorothy Leger Thibodeaux: two (2) sons-in-law: Nolan B. Perrodin & Milton T. Lewis; and her parents: Margaret and Theodore Leger.
