Hivanna Bartie Anderson, 86 was called home on Saturday, December 24, 2011, in her residence.

She was a native of Cameron, LA and she lived in Lake Charles, LA most of her life. She was a homemaker and was a member of Glad Tidings Church.

Survivors include five daughters, Carolyn Anderson, Barbara (Vurnerl) Joseph, Faye (Neal) Moore, all of Lake Charles, LA, Betty Stevens of Cedar Hill, TX and Linda Anderson of McKinney, TX. Two sons, Jonathan (Debbie) Anderson of Lake Charles, LA, Gregory Anderson of Fort Worth, TX and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday, December 30th in Glad Tidings Church of Lake Charles, LA. The Rev. August Pete will officiate. Burial will be in Combre Memorial Park in Lake Charles, LA under the direction of Combre Funeral Home of Lake Charles, LA. Visitation is from 8:30 a.m. Friday in the church.
