On August 6, 2012 the death angel came knocking on the door. Isiah Morris, Sr. was called home to rest. On that day Eligah Morris and Ethel Gradney were awaiting at the heavenly doors. Isiah Morris was a hard worker for the Calcasieu Parish School Board. He worked as a Janitor until retirement.

Isiah Morris was born in Opelousas, La. to the late Eligah Morris and Ethel Gradney. At the early age Isiah moved to Lake Charles, La.

Isiah Morris was married to the late Leola Lewis Morris.

Isiah leaves to cherish his many precious memories his children Gerald (Cherly) Morris, Pauline Green, Ethel (Keith) Johnson, Isiah Morris, Alma (Ray) Green, Rhichard Lewis, Austin (Sheila) Morris, Tammy Mitchell and Donald Baylor; fifteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Preceding him death was Leola Morris, Eligah Morris, Ethel Gradney, Austin Bell, and Richard Lewis, Jr.
