Jacqueline Marie Caillier Henry, 65, of Sulphur, LA passed away Friday, May 12, 2017 in a local hospital.
Mrs. Henry was born in Sulphur, LA on October 11, 1951. She resided in Sulphur most of her life. She
worked at Isle of Capri for 15 years as a Security Supervisor. Jackie always stood strong in her faith in
God. She was devoted to her family and was a great caretaker. She had a huge heart; always willing to
lend a helping hand and go the extra mile for everyone. She definitely had a one of kind personality; she
could give you a very articulate tongue lashing and love all at the same time. She lived life on her own
terms, and didn't allow herself to be pushed around. Her firecracker personality allowed her to keep
her faith in God and fight off any and everything Satan threw her way. Strong is one of the most
accurate words that can be used to describe her. It has been said that big things come in small packages,
and she was a small package that could move a mountain.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Frank Harold Henry of Sulphur; daughter Alisa Stevens
(Terrell) of Sulphur; daughter in law Carolyn Henry: Siblings, Betty Cooper (Arthur), Robert Caillier (Jackie), Sandra Williams, Debra Caillier, and Peggy Lenoir all of California, along with Richard Caillier (Patricia) of Lake Charles;
grandchildren Devin Henry, Sharde Henry, Dionna Henry, Dominic Sweet and Kelvin Henry; the apple of
her eye, great-granddaughters Amiah and Alyse Henry; and a host of nieces, nephews and in-laws. She
also had two more great-grandchildren on the way that she was ecstatic to meet.
Jackie was preceded in death by her parents Joseph Caillier and Alberta Leday; her son Kelvin Dwayne
Henry; brother Ronald Caillier, Sr.; and grandparents Howard and Telisar McCarty.
Jackie left a lasting impression on everyone that she met. Her passing will certainly be a great loss for all
on earth; heaven has gained a great soul.
