Joyce T. Citizen, 79, died at 11:55 a.m. , Sunday, March 5, 2017, at Christus St. Patrick Hospital.

She was native to Church Point, La., and lived in Lake Charles since 1960 and retired from Christus St. Patrick Hospital.

Survivors include: her sister, Martha Citizen; two brothers, Willam Joseph (Carolyn) Citzen Sr., and James Michael (Melvina) Citizen Sr.
