Juanita "Connie" Olivier Colston was born in Lake Charles, LA on December 26, 1938 and

died May 11, 2018.  She was a lifelong resident of the city and faithful member of Immaculate Heart

of Mary Parish.  She was a 1957 graduate of Sacred Heart Catholic High School.  Left to cherish her memory

are children Clifton (Donetta), Consuela, Dwayne (Jeanette), daughters in-law Gloria and Sandra

Colston; siblings Mathilda (James) Fuller and Herbert (Shirley) Olivier; sisters in-law Genevieve

Colston, Yvonne (Rob) Smith, Margo (Willie) Boyce and Diane Colston. Also surviving is an aunt,

Theresa Olivier; 17 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews,

cousins and friends.

Connie is preceded in death by her parents Herbert and Ruby Olivier, Sr.; husband, Clifton Colston,

Sr.; sister, Mercedes Breaux; sons, Dwight and Dwade Colston.

Mrs. Colston was employed as secretary at Immaculate Heart of Mary School and receptionist

at the Southwest Louisiana Legal Services, Inc.
