Leon Joseph Leger Sr. a Housing Inspector for the Lake Charles Housing Authority and a lifelong resident of Lake Charles Louisiana passed away unexpectedly on March 15, 2021 at the age of 50.

Leon Joseph Leger Sr. born September 6, 1970 in Lafayette Louisiana to Antione Wilbert Leger Sr. and Joyce Ann Leger. Leon attended Lagrange High School. He worked as a dedicated employee of The Lake Charles Housing Authority for 23 years and received comprehensive public training from 1998 to 2021. Leon service began as a Maintenance Technician, he advanced quickly to a Maintenance Forman and later a Housing Inspector. Leon was love dearly by his family, supervisors, coworkers and the people he served.

Leon truly live life to the fullest. He enjoyed the simple pleasures of life fishing, cooking, taking trips and cruises with his wife Tiffany Leger who he married on July 30, 2011 and became a blended family. Leon was a devoted family man that loved his children. Leon was positive, happy and full of wisdom.

Proceeded him in death is his parents Antoine Wilbert Leger Sr. and Joyce Ann Leger, his brother Antoine Wilbert Leger, Jr. and his sister Linda Leger.

Leon leaves to cherish his sweet memories his loving wife, Tiffany Leger, two daughters, Keondra Leger, Leona Leger
Two sons, Leon Joseph Leger, Jr. and Ethan Leger, three bonus daughters Deshondlyn Latour, Imani Broussard and Amayah Broussard, One bonus son Xavier Broussard Two special great nephews , Logan and Levi Latour.
Four sisters, Lady Lona Leger Lemon (Pastor Ryan), Mary Lois Leger Ceasar (Sheon), Marie Leger Jackson (Lenny) and Margaret Leger Bushnell (John) all of Jacksonville, FL. Three brothers, Anthony Leger (Jemma) of Lake Charles, Matthew Leger of Jacksonville and Jude Leger (Pamela) of Baton Rouge. Three goddaughters, Iesha Leger, Denisha Leger and Eden Rougeuax and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
