Mrs. Lillian Louise Hudson Fobbs, age 62, was called home to the Lord on Monday April 2, 2012 at Memorial Hospital in Lake Charles, La.

A Native of Lake Charles, La. She was born February 15, 1950 to the parents of Willie and Martha Hudson. A graduate of W.O Boston High School; Lillian grew to be a very strong willed and independent woman working at the First Baptist Nursery, the Greyhound Bus Station, and St. Patrick Hospital where she retired in 1996. She attended Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church , then converted to the Catholic faith where she then became a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Survivors include her Husband of 33 years; Clinton Fobbs Jr. Three children; Shannon (Katrina) Hudson, Shawn Hudson, And Britney Fobbs. (All of Lake Charles) Two Step Children; Macleita(Ernest) Norman of Gonzales, La., and Byron(Olita) Fobbs Sr. of Lafayette, La. Her Sister Rose Jefferson, and two Brothers Edward (Sue) Hudson Sr. & Caldwell (Cynthia) Hudson; All of Lake Charles, La. And a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, godchildren, family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Willie and Martha Hudson. And two brothers Leroy Hudson and Willie Hudson Jr.

The viewing will be Saturday from 9-10:45am at Combre funeral home. Immediately followed by the funeral service at Sacred Heart Catholic Church which will begin at 11am.
