Margie Andrus was born on August 13,1944 to Justin and Ethel Lee Andrus. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents Justin and Ethel Lee Andrus; brother Nolton Andrus and sisters Zola Andrus Brignac, Georgia Andrus Henderson and Helen Ruth Andrus.

Her surviving siblings are brother, Clesma Andres, and sisters Jessie Andrus, Bertha Andrus Coleman, Effie Andrus Steele, Mona Andrus and Justine Andrus Williams.

She is also survived by her nephews, James Coleman II and John Coleman and nieces, Syreeta Coleman Presley and Zola Ann Steele and a host-of great nieces and nephews.

Margie attended Sacred Heart School and was a 1963 graduate of Washington High School. She retired from Lake Charles Memorial Hospital in the Central Processing Department.
