Michael James Guillory peacefully passed away to be with God on Wednesday February 23, 2022, at the age of 64.

Michael was born on January 6, 1958, in Chataignier, Louisiana to   Anderson and Genevieve Guillory Sibley. He was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.

Michael was a resident of Moss Bluff, Louisiana where he was a member of the Local Union #207. He later moved to Houston, Texas where he was an anesthesiologist assistant for 35 years at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital. Mike was proud to say that upon retirement he would move back to Lake Charles which he later did in 2020. Mike enjoyed "taking it easy," barbequing, spending time with family and friends and drinking "a few cold ones."

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Anderson Guillory and Genevieve Guillory Sibley.

He leaves to cherish his memory his one and only daughter, Jessica (D'andre) Jackson whom he adored; sister, Caroline Watkins (Houston, TX); his stepfather, Reverend George Sibley; brother and sisters-in-law, (Roberts and Thibodeauxs); his lifelong friends, "The Moss Bluff Family;" and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Michael is also survived by his former spouses, Rena Malveaux and Bernita Roberts-Guillory.
