Nathan James Gray Sr., 56, of Lake Charles, La died Wednesday, December 11th, 2013. He was born to the mother of Mary Lilian Gray. The funeral service will be held at New Life Apostolic Church Saturday, December 14th, 2013 under the direction of Combre Funeral Home. The wake service will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. with the funeral services following immediately and burial at Combre Cemetery.

He was proceeded in death by his Father Joseph Gray. Brothers Earl Joseph Gray, Kenneth Ray Gray. Sisters Joanna Marie Hayes

He is survived by his loving wife Verna Gray. His mother Mary Lillian Gray. Brothers Herbert Oliver and Larry Loya. Sisters Jean Victorian, Shirley Oliver, Diane Zackery, and Latarsha Lewis. His Children Nathan James (Averya) Gray Jr, Merika Gray, and Dedra Wright. His stepchildren Contessa Oliver, Elijah James Oliver, Daniel Oliver, Matthew Oliver, and Dennis Oliver. He has 17 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
