Patrick Daniel Valerie

November 7, 1956 – May 18, 2024

On Saturday, May 18, 2024, Patrick Valerie departed this life at the age of 67 at St. Patrick's Hospital in Lake Charles, LA, surrounded by family and loved ones. He was born November 7, 1956, to Willie Valerie and Vivian (Leger) Valerie. Patrick grew up in Lake Charles and graduated from Marion High School in 1975. He was a truck driver in Louisiana and Texas for over 40 years. He loved being on the road and traveling all over the country and Canada. He was loved by his family and friends and always a joy to be around.

He leaves to cherish his memories his son, Xavier Valerie of Houston, TX, Father, Willie Valerie, siblings, Peggy Rimbert of Suwanee, GA, Gladys Valerie of Lawrenceville, GA, Gerald Valerie of Lake Charles, LA, Christopher Valerie of Houston TX. Grandchildren, Harmony Valerie of Austin, TX, and Skylar Lewis of North Carolina; his companion and devoted friend, Mary Valerie and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Vivian Valerie, and his sibling, Deadra (Valerie) Logan.
