Philip was born in Soileau, LA on January 10, 1937, to the late Louis Edwin Victorian and Eugenia Lawrence (Leday) Victorian. He married Theresa Mae Gradney on August 18, 1956 and was blessed in this union with 6 children.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Theresa Mae Victorian, his children; Karen (Marshall Amos) Hall of Lake Charles, LA with Jeremy and Jasmine; Katherine Victorian-Pointer of Oklahoma City, OK with Sheridan and Donnie; Philip (Marion) of Cibilo, TX with Erica; Patrick (Bernadine) of Lake Charles, LA with Brandi and Valencia; Tessie Ballou of Oklahoma City, OK with Justin and Marissa; Terressitta of Lake Charles, LA with Kelsi, Lakyen, & Micah; Kaleema (Abdullah) Mahammad with Ahmad and Akilah and the special son that walked into his life that never left his side Tweed (Gina) Bartie of Lake Charles, LA with Darien and Londen, his siblings Laura Bell (late Nolton) Goodly, Fred (Beulah) Victorian, Elray (kay) Victorian, Loretta Victorian, and Lucy LaSalle.

He leaves to morn 16 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, God children, cousins, nieces, nephews, and all those that came in as friends which are now family.

Philip is proceeded in death by his parents, his sister Mary Lemele, his brother Harry Victorian, his father-in-law John Hose' Gradney, his mother-in-law Cora (Pappion) Gradney, his brother-in-law Joseph Gradney.

Philip was a proud cowboy, father, grandfather and so many more titles. He loved to talk about his family and his Creole traditions, often speaking in the Creole language. He treasured his children and guided them with an unyielding hand and raised them to have a strong work ethic just as he did. Philip loved to cook and entertain, feeding everyone. He was an open and honest man that never met a stranger. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him, may he rest in peace.
