Priscilla Ann Houston Rougeau was born April 13, 1971 in Detroit, Michigan. The only child born to JoAnn Houston. She lived most of her life in Detroit until she married the love of her life, Morris Wayne Rougeau, and moved to Lake Charles, Louisiana in 2011. She loved being a country girl but not the Louisiana heat.
Priscilla was baptized at an early age and accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior. She was an active member of the Zion Travelers Missionary Baptist Church, in Iowa Louisiana, with Rev. Herman Weston, Pastor.

She attended Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, MI. and earned an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice. She was employed by the Calcasieu Parish School Board for several years as a substitute teacher and a Bus Assistant. She worked as a Caretaker for the elderly as well. Priscilla loved working with people of any age. She will be missed for her friendliness, kind loving heart and beautiful smile.

Left to cherish her precious memories are her loving husband of 13 years, Morris Wayne Rougeau, of Lake Charles , two daughters, Elissa Houston, of Dayton, Ohio, and Morleshia (Moe') Rougeau, of Grand Rapids, Michigan; one son, John Lee Houston, of Yipslanti, Michigan. Children in love; Chantel (Jaris) Rougeau, and Chanda (Wayne) Stuckey, of Belleville, Michigan, Jasmin Maing, of Ytsilanti, Michigan, and Jatera Maing, of NoviI, Michigan. She also leaves 11 grandchildren, a loving Father-in-law, Melvin Rougeau (Poppie), of Lake Charles, Louisiana, brother-in-law Melvin(Valencia) Rougeau, of Garland Texas, 4 sister-in-law's; Bernadine Rougeau, of Ytsilanti, Michigan, Debra (Edward)Stevens, of Houston Texas, Mona Lisa (Eric) Doshier, and Rachel (Chris) Carter of Lake Charles, Louisiana, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, friends, and the Zion Travelers M. Baptist Church Family to cherish her memories.
She was preceded in death by her mother, JoAnn Houston mother-in-law , Dorothy Rougeau, and bother-in-law's ; Calvin and Ricky Rougeau.
