Ramona Ann Guillory departed this life on June 10, 2015. She was the ninth child of eleven children born to Bertrand and Bernadette Richard on September 25, 1941 in Church Point, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers (Ray Richard, Herbert Richard, and Emory Richard), and two sisters (Bonnie Malveaux and Velma Lambert).

On June 23, 1962 Ramona Ann Richard was joined in Holy Matrimony to Nolton Anthony Guillory whom she loved dearly. To this union of 52 years, two children were born, Monica Angela Guillory and Anthony Lamar Guillory.

Ramona focused her life on taking care of her family. She loved to cook and everyone who visited her home knew it. You could not visit the Guillory home without being offered a warm meal served with love.

Left in God''s care to cherish her memory are her husband, Nolton Anthony Guillory; two children, Monica Angela Stevenson and Anthony Lamar Guillory; one son-in-law, Henry Leon Stevenson III; two grandchildren, Hannah Elizabeth Stevenson and Henry Leon Stevenson IV; five siblings, Elma Broussard, Ruby Dugar, Joyce Gobert, Gloria Guillory and Pamela Richard; and a host of sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, family and friends.

SERVICE INFORMATION

Service date: June 20, 2015

On Saturday, June 20, 2015, visitation will be observed from 8:30-10:00 AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Lake Charles, Louisiana, followed by the Funeral Mass. Interment will be in Prien Memorial Park Cemetery.
