Ramona Theresa Talley was born in Lake Charles, La. On May 9th, 1958 and her spirit departed on October 4th 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents Bertha LeBlanc (mother), Waston LeBlanc (father) and her brother Jerold LeBlanc Sr. Her husband Anthony Talley also preceded her in death.

Ramona graduated from Washington High school here in Lake Charles class of 1978.

She married Anthony Talley Sr. and served our country as a military wife. Ramona and Anthony resided in Germany and welcomed their son Anthony Talley, Jr into this world while stationed in Germany.

Ramona spent her life working in the service industry here in Lake Charles, La. Her favorite past time was watching television mostly comedies as she loved to laugh with an occasional cold beer.  Ramona also enjoyed teaching the art of crocheting to any willing student.

Ramona leaves to cherish her memories her son and devoted caretaker Anthony Talley Jr., Kenny Demone Talley  (grandson), Rayona Mana Glodd (granddaughter) her brothers James LeBlanc and Issac "Ray" Semien along with several nieces, nephews', family and friends.
