, God decided to call one of his most beloved sons home.
Robert Anthony Collins was born to the union of Vivion and Ezora Collins in Lake Charles, Louisiana on November 28, 1952.
He was baptized at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. On November 7, 1974 he married the love of his life Angenette Paul Collins. Together they were blessed with two daughters, Cameo Antoinette and Camico Angelle. He was the proud grandfather to Kennedy Leigh Green and Makayla Kori Smith.
Robert worked as a construction worker for numerous years. After his heart condition forced him to retire early, he spent his extra time doing projects around the house, binge watching shows on Netflix, and picking his granddaughters up from school. Most recently, he was hired by CPSB as a crossing guard.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 43 years, Angenette Collins. Daughters, Cameo (Printes) Green and Camico (Michael) Smith. Granddaughters Kennedy Leigh Green and Makayla Kori Smith. Brothers, Charles, Marlon (Carolyn), Vivion, Tannie, and Leon Collins. Sisters, Verna (Alfred) Anderson and Darlene Collins. Brothers-n-law, Cleveland (Ruth), Eddie (Doris), Charles (Karen), and Mark Paul. Sisters-n-law, Linda Collins, Veronica (Craig) Ardoin, and Gwendolyn Fontenot. And a host of nephews, nieces, and cousins who loved him dearly.
