Roy Anthony Harris "TONY" was born on March 02, 1962, in Lake Charles, LA to Loretta Harris. He grew up with his siblings Lawrence "Larry" Harris and Carla Harris in a loving and supportive family.

Roy accepted Christ at an early age and was
baptized by the late Reverend W. J. Moore, Pastor of the Evergreen Baptist Church.

Roy attended W.O. Boston High School, Class of 1980, where he was in the band. Roy leaves to mourn his passing brother, Lawrence Moses Harris (Delta) of Pittsburgh, California and sister Carla Marie Harris of Lake Charles, Louisiana, niece, Alyssa Chantel Hebert (Brandon) of Lake Charles, Louisiana, nephews, Quentin Darnell Harris (Pearline) of Sacramento, California, Vincent Lawdel Harris (Nerisha) of Pearland, Texas, aunts, Bernadine Payne of Houston, Texas and Emily Pujo of Lake Charles, Louisiana, great-nieces, Alayjah Shay Harris-Arceneaux of Lake Charles, Louisiana, and Violet Harris of Pearland, Texas, great-nephews, Brandon Jamar Hebert, Jr of Lake Charles, Louisiana, Vincent Khalil Harris of Pearland, Texas, Venice Harris of Pearland, Texas and Safarion Harris of Sacramento, California, cousins, Michael Vash Payne of Houston, Texas, Pamela Denise Pujo of Dallas, Texas, Jorita Estelle White of Lake Charles, Louisiana, and Shena Yvonne White of Lake Charles,Louisiana, and a host of other relatives and friends. Roy was preceded in death by his mother, Loretta Harris, grandmother, Eloise Anderson Pujo, grandfather, Roy Felix Pujo, Aunts Bonnie Pinkie White, Linda Mae Pujo and great-aunts Izola Anderson and Mae Anderson.
