STACY GLENN GOODWIN

Stacy Glenn Goodwin, 62, entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 30th 2025 in his residence in Lake Charles, LA. He was born April 15th, 1962 in Sulphur, LA to Lester and Mae Willow Goodwin. Stacy grew up in the Mossville & Willow Spring Community. He played football and attended Mossville Jr. High and Sulphur High School. He was a 1980 graduate of Sulphur High School. He worked as a hydro blaster and supervised for Browning Ferris Inc. and Naylor Industries. He was a dedicated and all time fan of the New Orleans Saints. His hobbies were watching movies, playing dominoes and he loved motorcycles.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Mae Goodwin; brother, Tracy Lynn Goodwin.

He is survived by daughters, Whitney (Herbert) Albert III and Mariah (Kedrick Berry) Goodwin both of Lake Charles, LA.; one brother James (Donna) Goodwin of Sulphur, LA; two sisters, Lori G. Harmon of Sulphur, LA and Nakia (Kristofer) Johnson of Westlake, LA.; one "sister" (1st cousin) Brenda (Hayward) Jones; sister-in-law Allison E. Goodwin of Welsh, LA; mother of his children & love of his life, Matilda Richard (formerly Goodwin); seven grandchildren, an aunt, an uncle, nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.
