Sylvia Marie Thibodeaux Odom was born on August 6, 1941 in Parks, LA.
She was the third child to Roger Thibodeaux and Helen Dugas Thibodeaux.
She was called home to her glory on Saturday, February 1st, 2025.
Sylvia was best known for being everyones kindergarten teacher,
either at Sacred Heart Catholic School or at Head Start.

Sylvia leaves to cherish her loving memories, 1 nephew, Michael Thibodeaux
(Shirley), 3 nieces, (Michelle Derouen, Michelle Daphney Thibodeaux and
Andrea Thibodeaux (David), 10 great nephews,  2 great-great nephews, 6
great-great nieces, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Sylvia was proceeded in death by her parents, her brother, Roger Nathan
Thibodeaux, and her sister, Sister Mary Roger Thibodeaux.
