Thelma Davis Williams (affectionately known as Aunt Thelma) entered into eternal rest on Saturday December 26, 2015. She was 90 years old.

Thelma was born in Port Arthur, Texas and settled in Houston Texas for most of her life. She spent the last 5 years in Lake Charles, Louisiana with her loving cousin Donia Broussard (Rapheal).

While in Houston, Thelma was a devout member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. She was a member of the Congregation of Christian Women of the Blessed Mother.

She was also a member of the Countess Coterie Charity Club.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Weston and Louisiana George Davis, and her husband, Andress Williams.

She is survived by a host of cousins, family and friends.

SERVICE INFORMATION

Service date: January 2, 2016

Visitation will be from 8:00 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. on January 2, 2016 at Combre Funeral Home, 1200 Mill Street, followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Lake Charles, LA. The Reverend V. Wayne LeBleu is the celebrant. . Interment will be at the Houston National Cemetery in Houston, Texas at a later date.
