Theresa was married to the late Elray Boutte. She is a 1962 graduate of W.O Boston high. Her early work years include Boutte''s Grocery and St. Pats hospital in central supplies. She later retired from AAA cleaners after 16 years.

She leaves to cherish her memories three children, Deadra Boutte of Baton Rouge, Lousiana. Phyllis Boutte'' of Lake Charles, and Arthur Boutte'' Sr. (Lillie) of Channelview, Texas. A godson Pastor Alonzo Johnson (Dorlisa) from Port Arthur, Texas. 17 grandkids and 11 great grandkids. Her loving companion Nathan Johness. One sister Veronica Medlow of Lake Charles, godchildren and a host of aunts,uncles,nieces,nephews, close friendsand family.

Theresa is preceded in death by her husband Elray Boutte, son Kenneth Boutte, parents Floyd and Annabelle Ware, two brothers Arthur and Floyd Ware Jr., and One sister Annamarie Rosamore.

Funeral services for Theresa Marie Boutte 73, of Lake Charles will be Saturday, October 17th, 2015 at First New Life Missionary Baptist Church (311 S. First Ave). Services will start at 11 am. Apostle Patrick T. Randolph of Channelview Texas will officiate.
