Theresa Strauss Chaisson, of Lake Charles, LA passed away peacefully onDecember 23, 2015, she departed this life at the age of 86. Born September 9, 1929in Sunset, LA, to the late Joseph Silvino Strauss and Cornelia Savoie Francis-Chaisson.She was preceded in death by her husband Junius "June" Chaisson. Also, preceded indeath by sisters Corita Francis Marks, Viola Francis LeBlanc, brothers Stafford Francis,Clemon Chaisson, John Lee Chaisson, granddaughter Kimberly S.M. Wells andgrandson Eric S. Brown. Survived by sisters Ablelee Chaisson Richard,Doris Chaisson Coleman, brother Loyton P. Chaisson,sister-in-law Rose Mary Carrier-Fontenot and brother-in-law Don Coleman.She''s the mother of Cornelia Ann Wells, Leroy W. Chaisson, Sr, Joseph M. Chaisson, Sr, John J. Chaisson, Jrand Barbara Brown-Randell. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-fourgreat-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
