Thomas "Tommy" Frank, of Lake Charles, passed away unexpectedly on April 24, 2022.  He was born on July 22, 1967, to his parents Rellick and Elsie Mae (Simien) Frank.

Tommy's memories, spirit, faith and love for God will forever live on by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by siblings, Mary Frank and Sheila Frank-Toussaint, both of Lake Charles, La, Theresa Noble of Merced, Calif., Shirley (Joe) Frank-Ray of Houston, David Frank and Paul R. (Marva) Frank, both of Pearland, Texas, Geraldine (Raymond) Barrows of San Antonio, Texas, Carl (Cassie) Frank of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; nephews and nieces; a host of cousins and value friends who helped in his life journey.

He was proceeded in death by his parents; Brother Joseph Frank, Sister Jerry Ann Frank and Beloved Niece Marissa Frank.
