Veronica L. Joyce, 50; born Aug. 24, 1967, a native of Starks, La., passed away Oct 18, 2017. Veronica was a graduate of Vinton High School, Class of 1988. After high school, Veronica moved to DeQuincy, La. where she resided for 29'years until recently moving to Lake Charles, La.
