Obituary

Willie Mae Richardson Lute, 74, departed this life on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. in a Sulphur hospital. Willie Mae Richardson Lute was born on December 12, 1938 to the late James and Gerdie Landry Richardson. Willie Mae was a lifelong resident of Lake Charles, Louisiana. She was a graduate of Washington High School, Class of 1956. Willie Mae loved spending time with her family, her children, and she doted over her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing and crabbing. She attended St. Henry Catholic Church until her health failed. Willie Mae will be truly missed by all of those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents James and Gerdie Richardson, her husband Joseph Lute Jr., and son Erwin James Quinn Richardson, great grandson Masyn Josiah Perez, one sister and two brothers. She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Twila Keytha Richard (Daniel) of Lake Charles, Louisiana. One son Lorin Joseph Lute, of Pineville, Louisiana. One adopted daughter, Danricka Marie Perez (Adrian), one adopted son Artis Lute (Shanna), all of Lake Charles, Louisiana. One grandson Erwin James Quinn McCain, one granddaughter Faith Alexandria Danielle Richard both of Lake Charles, Louisiana; six great grandchildren, several god children, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

A wake will be from 6-9 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2013 at Combre Funeral Home with a rosary at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will begin at 1:00 p.m. Saturday March 2, 2013 at St. Henry Catholic Church. Monsignor Daniel Torres will officiate. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery under the direction of Combre Funeral Home.
