"Mr. G"

On Sunday, January 12, 2014, the Angels came to escort Wilman George Mr. G'' Madison, Sr. to his Heavenly home. Mr. George was born on January 13, 1939 in Franklin, Louisiana to George Madison and Mary Williams. At an early age he became a member of the Catholic Faith, and was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Mr. G was a devoted husband for 55 years. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Betty Madison; four sons: Wilman George Madison, Jr. (Cassandra) of Lake Elsinore, California; Samuel Craig Madison (Retha) of Austin, Texas; Jeffery Paul Madison, Sr. (Monica) of DeSoto, Texas; Stacey Marie Arrant (Anthony) of Fort Worth, Texas; and Patrick Demone Madison (Courtney) of Arlington, Texas. He also leaves to cherish his memories four sisters: Serena Frances Lee of Houston, Texas; Frankie Welch of Franklin, Louisiana; Ellia Mae Jackson of New Orleans, Louisiana and Lizzie Pentard Stolkes of Franklin, Louisiana; and one brother: Lester Paul Guillory, of Jamaica, New York. Mr. G will be forever remembered by his nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren, live-in niece Nita Lee Huber; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Elizabeth Sonnier and brother Cornelius Williams.
